Kathy was born in upstate New York and built a long and meaningful career in cardiac nursing after relocating to Arizona. As her family grew, she transitioned to working from home so she could focus on raising her children, later dedicating several years working from home and providing daycare for four of her five grandchildren.
Once her grandchildren began attending school full-time, Kathy returned to the workforce to reconnect with patients and the sense of purpose she values deeply. She first joined Austin Area OB/GYN and later Texas Oncology. As a two-time cancer survivor, Kathy found her work in oncology especially meaningful, as she could personally relate to her patients’ journeys. However, the long commute to Austin eventually led her to seek a role closer to home in Temple, where she found her place with managing Legacy ENT.
Outside of work, Kathy leads a vibrant and creative life. She runs a full-time bakery, crafting everything from cakes and pies to cookies and wedding cakes—often delighting her coworkers with homemade treats. She also enjoys gourmet cooking, traveling, and gardening, with a special passion for cultivating herbs and maintaining her extensive flower gardens. She mostly enjoys time with her grandchildren as their unconditional love cannot be overstated.
Kathy’s active lifestyle has included being an avid tennis player and Zumba instructor, and she remains a dedicated advocate for holistic health and wellness.

Born into the family of a United States Army veteran, Annette was raised in Germany before moving to Texas at the start of high school. While in school, she participated in a new career and economic program where she studied accounting and business management. That opportunity led to a successful career in accounting and purchasing with a Fortune 500 company, where she also met her husband, Rickey. Together, they raised three children: Ashlyn, Brianna, and Brendan.
In 1996, Annette and Rickey began serving in ministry at their local church as youth pastors and later as associate pastors. In late 2001, Annette survived a severe car accident that tragically claimed the life of their daughter, Brianna, and critically injured their son. She stepped away from work to focus on her son’s recovery, a life-changing season that ultimately led Annette and her husband into full-time ministry.
For the next 25 years, they faithfully served the Temple and Gatesville communities through multiple church campuses and daycare centers. Annette served as Vice President and Accountant for the nonprofit organization and also traveled internationally through missionary work.
In 2024, Annette once again stepped away from work to care for her ailing mother. After her mother’s passing, she was eager to return to the workforce, which led her to Legacy ENT.
Outside of work, Annette treasures time with her family, especially her four grandchildren, who bring her immense joy. She also enjoys traveling — particularly trips to the beach.
